Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. I am most well-known through my Instagram page @annephung. Here I tell my life story. The highs, the lows and all in between. When I was just 1 year old my family, me and my parents moved to America. If it weren't due to the dedication of my parents, I wouldn't exist today to share my life with people like you. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I strived to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of achievement. I thought my life would go the same way as I graduated from college, get an executive position, be married, and then start with a family. While I believed this was the definition of the ideal life, reality had other goals. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Money and status didn't bring me happiness. I thought I wasted my existence to get a pay check. It was in 2013 that I realized that my passion was exercising. I also liked socializing and being able to assist other people. On the path towards the new direction of my life, I found the personal training I needed. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. Few Asian women work in the industry of fashion. To lead in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to help others live an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and targets. My goal is to inspire others to pursue their goals and achieve the life they've always wanted. When my work began to take off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my life- the passing of my Mom. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is now in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and heart at all times. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we need. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I truly believe that her passing gave me an opportunity to begin the next chapter. The day she died at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. For me, it was my second chance to live a full and happy life. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. I don't feel as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you will resonate with my words and experiences for you to know that you are not the only one, to realize that you're beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. the fact that real love is there and therapy is a necessity and normal to be healthy is truly the best source of wealth. Because death is all that we can have, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
